These terms and conditions govern use of Flight Hacks, a website is owned and operated by Flight Hacks Inc. (“Flight Hacks”), and any services offered by any member of staff in any condition (“Services”). Flight Hacks’ Services are offered conditional to your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions as described in this page. Please read this agreement carefully before using Flight Hacks. Flight Hacks reserves the right to modify or remove any part of this agreement, at its sole discretion. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not and/or must promptly discontinue use of our Services.
Flight Hacks will build you the best trip itinerary that meets your requirements, in exchange for a fee for services rendered. If you are unhappy with the service, you may discontinue your request at any time prior to the fee invoice. Once charged, the fee is non-refundable. Any applicable airfares, airline fees, surcharges, taxes or any other charges are all payable to the airline by the traveler, in addition to the Flight Hacks Service fee. The Service fee is payable immediately upon finalization of itinerary details. Unless prior negotiated, under the circumstance that the Service fee remains outstanding a minimum of 72 hours after issuance of invoice, Flight Hacks reserves the right to discontinue service and/or cancel flights/services booked at the expense of the customer.
Flight Hacks does not insure or reimburse airfares, taxes or any third party charges, and suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect against possible mistakes or misadventure.
